Return Policy

VLS Pharmacy and New Drug Loft Pharmacy have a restrictive return policy.  Please review carefully.

Only products that were shipped in error by New Drug Loft Pharmacy (“NDL”)  VLS Pharmacy (“VLS”)  or products that are defective/damaged and determined as such by the pharmacist-in-charge, may be returned but are subject to the following:

1. Prior authorization is required for all returns.

2. Request Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Customer Service.   Customer Service can be reached by calling 844-857-5588 or by emailing:

3. Once the authorization number has been obtained, Customer Service will provide all the information necessary for a proper return.

4. Return product to the originating pharmacy. NDL (1103 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10075) or VLS (4402 5th Ave Brooklyn NY 11220). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Products Shipped in Error by NDL or VLS

Customer must notify NDL or VLS of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error by NDL or VLS are returnable for full credit, in some cases, provided that such returns are made within five (5) days of receipt.

Defective Product

Defective product and/or properly noted damaged product may be returned provided that customer notifies NDL or VLS of the defect/damage within two (2) business days and is returned within five (5) days of receipt.  Once the product is received by NDL or VLS, a credit will only be issued after inspection confirms either a defect or damaged product. Returns may be subject to a fee up to 50% total cost.

Any products returned pursuant to the above must be in the original packaging and unopened. All custom-compounded items may have additional criteria to the aforementioned.

Any refund will be credited to the original form of payment minus shipping cost and fees, if applicable.
